By installing or playing Decima you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Decima for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its content.
Fair play
Online play depends on everyone playing honestly. You agree not to:
- modify the app, or use tools, scripts or bots to influence scores or matches;
- exploit bugs to gain rating, rank or leaderboard position;
- interfere with the service or with other players' games.
We may reset a rating, remove a leaderboard entry or close an account that breaks these rules.
Your display name and avatar
Your display name and avatar are shown to other players. Do not use content that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone else, or infringes anyone's rights. We may change or remove such content and, if it keeps happening, close the account.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping access to any sign-in method you link. Guest accounts exist only on the device that created them: if you delete the app without linking a sign-in method, that profile cannot be recovered.
Purchases
Paid items are sold by Apple or Google, and their refund rules apply. Ads and paid features may change over time.
Availability
Decima is provided "as is". We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it — including online play — at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Decima. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Ending these terms
You may stop using Decima at any time by deleting the app. We may end your access if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
